"We spend (insert astronomical amount of money here) every month on express mail. Can you find out what we're shipping, and whether or not we need to ship it, or if we can do something cheaper with it?"
Er. Em. Yes.
We're a distributor. We ship things. That is what we do. We send 40,000 - 60,000 packages via express mail every month, in product to consumers, interoffice mail, marketing materials to consumers, marketing material to the sales force, and like ten thousand other things. Sure. I'll just figure out what all of that is. No problem. Er.
