Saturday:
- Arts and crafts day: Bondage on a budget! We were thinking, here's how to get Gaia craft circle up and running again. "Come over Saturday, we'll be discussing how to build your own St. Andrew's cross. Next month: Leather paddles!" Downside: There are now eleventy bajillion little rope floggers at the house. Maybe we can sell them at Winter Bazaar.
- Much procrastinating for Sunday's ritual stuff.
- Finally got arse in gear to write meditation for Sunday. Had not done meditation/trance in this style before - more daunting than actually challenging, though, I think.

Sunday:
- Oatmeal butterscotch cookies in profusion.
- Frantic ritual preparation. Realized I had not learned the John Barleycorn poem. Memorized that in about 15 minutes, at least well enough to manage it in the ritual. [livejournal.com profile] triadruid is a hero for digging up ritual dirt while [livejournal.com profile] kittenpants and I tried to sort out other things.
- Ritual happened. Nobody died. Unsure if ritual worked, or if it was a giant clusterfuck. Can't do anything about it now, though. [livejournal.com profile] agrnmn is a hero for captaining the potluck arrangements so that we could handle some other business that I really would have rather not had to do.
- [livejournal.com profile] opaljax graciously offered to plan my birthday celebrations, to be held possibly the weekend of the 26-27th, since it is ritual day for me again on my actual birthday, so would not be able to enjoy the birthday much.
- Pizza rolls! [livejournal.com profile] triadruid is a hero again. Sometimes we forget to eat on ritual days.
- Realized that we can, in fact, go to [livejournal.com profile] starwyse's party. Yay, party! Must think of yummy things to bring.
- Realized that we've been in EHQ three years now. Yay houesniversary!
