I just saw the most alarming expression of personal faith as relates to driving a motor vehicle ever. On the back of a Very Large SUV:
"If God is your co-pilot, switch seats!"
There was fear, then. In the way of "Who would be driving your car, exactly?". Pope Feathery would like to remind people that while receiving inspiration from your deity on how to drive is more or less acceptable (depending on who your deity is), actually getting into the passenger seat and expecting Them to drive is one of those things They think are Funny.
