So here's a question which seems to be on everybody's mind (and by everybody, I mean me and a guy on mafiascum)... Sometimes (and when I say sometimes, I mean frequently), we refer to someone who is not just a little crazy as "batshit crazy". Why? Where does this phrase come from?
