1. For those of you who remember last year (which may be few - I'm a bit hazy on some of the details myself), there will be another Beltane Flaunt this year. The theme of this year's Flaunt is "More Sex, Less Violence", but really, that's been about the only thing we've decided on yet. If you're in the KC area and want to help plan and execute the Flaunt, email me.

2. Too many malted milk eggs will make you ill.

3. I had forgotten about the buttons, but now that I've been reminded, buttons will occur. At the moment I'm leaning towards "I'm with the cabal" and "I fuck smart people", but I'm certain that there were others that needed to happen as well. The file still exists, it just needs another look. If I'd thought of it before today, "More Sex, Less Violence" would have been a front-runner, but I'm not sure I can get them in time for the Flaunt. If I can, I will.

4. It is a crime that this household does not have the capability to produce things like buttons, stickers, and shirts in-house. Something must be done about this.

Isn't the definition of "too many" mean that too many of anything is going to make you ill?

We do have a button maker and through experimentation have found that the bench press from Badge-a-Minit seems to be the best trade-off for money and quality. The handpress thing seems to consistently make bad buttons.

As for the button, I would suggest "Sapiosexual: I fuck smart people." but that's because I'm shameless.

I added you to my friends-list ... I just couldn't help myself (then again, isn't that the human condition?)

:o)

I still like Shadow Meritocracy better than IWTC...

I suppose it depends on which humans you're talking about. I must be one of them, though, as I've added you back.

Sure - I just haven't hit that point with anything but malted milk eggs of late :)

As for the button, I would suggest "Sapiosexual: I fuck smart people."
Hrm..... It's a hell of a word... that might work. Maybe "Sapiosexual (I fuck smart people)"

but that's because I'm shameless.
I know, and that's (one of the reasons) why I like you :)

Sure - I'm not sure I can dispose of 25 buttons that say Shadow Meritocracy, though. I think IWTC might be funny to people outside our lot.

"I fuck smart people" would probably sell as a CafePress logo. And then you would get Money. Just sayin'.

Yay flaunt! And the theme is perfect. Let me know if I can help in any way...

Could be. And I suppose, since I have an account with them, I could, you know, use it for something. *shock*

Actually, if you have any suggestions as to where we might want to end up, I'm all ears. We like O'Dowd's, but they have Eddie Delahunt and his band on Sundays, and it seems awfully rude to come in the way we do and outdo the band. So it seemed like a good idea to look for somewhere to go where we could eat and drink and carry on that didn't have Sunday evening entertainment on.

Hmm. Well, are we doing the flaunt on the plaza again?

Yeah - since we're doing ritual in the park (good gods willing and the tornados don't arise), the Plaza makes the most sense. Otherwise we have to worry about how to transport people to wherever else we want to go. (Not that we don't already have to worry about how to get everybody home safe.)
