Mar. 26th, 2004 02:42 amVicious cycle time again. The knowledge that I'm being ineffectual depresses me. Depression keeps me up at night. Lack of sleep makes me more likely to be ineffectual. Lather, rinse, repeat. This is not a new process.
On the other hand, since I'm up, I've finished the first book in the Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter series, and I'm learning how to run a wiki. One may be more useful than the other, but the book wasn't that bad, and there are two more of them downstairs that I can probably burn through tonight if I have to. I'm hoping I don't have to.
The nice thing about having a journal is that I can track these things. The last time I had insomnia was the beginning of January. Almost three months. Go me. Let's try to stretch it out a bit more between this bout and the next one, shall we?

Date: 2004-03-26 06:21 am (UTC)Lets just hope this was a one night stand. ;)
I'll send you some of my happy sleeping vibes tonight - (I seem to have the opposite, problem - I wake up i the morning and and have No Clue where I am - and when I try and think about what happened, the night before to make me this oblivious...it takes far too long to realize it's absolutely, Nothing. So aparently my "sleep/awake" button is a light switch at night....but a Very slow dimmer switch in the morning.)
What news of job interviews?
ed. note: due to a tragic accident involving the office lamp and the "k" key this entry had to be retyped several times. Especially, the subject line....
