Rumormill

I heard a nasty rumor this morning that The Lady Miss Caroline was going to establish herself here in this part of internetland...
So don't say anything else about her you wouldn't want her to read ;)

It will be great fun to have her about the place...

Bout fucking time...

Yeah Yeah Yeah.... don't say that twisting my arm and patting my ass whilst singing the innuendo song never got you anywhere....

invite codes are no longer necessary, hon. They stopped last week or the week before, I think.

Not certain whether to comment first on the Caroline news or the icon, but to say that both are certainly welcome on my computer.

I've always said so.

Hi there.

[identity profile] senset.livejournal.com 2003-12-18 12:47 pm (UTC)(link)
That is a great picture of you in your icon. Would be cool if you, Kelley, and I could get together again sometime. We've missed you. *G*

By the by, There is a Yule circle at Crescent Springs this Sat. We're not running it but we're looking forward to meeting the other group who is.

P.S Would you ask "Red" if she remembers a (not so) mute Gypsy working out at fair about 6 to 8 years ago? It was back when she was still married to Cliff.

Quite very probably...however, you'll probably have to give my old and addled brain a bigger jog than that.

So damn many people have gone by over the last 24 years out there, unless I see a face, I'm often lost...names left after about year 4...I just couldn't keep up.

However, if you were a part of the kaliedescope, particularly if we conversed, you're packed in there somewhere, I assure you.

About face! Present arms...er face! *grin*

Here's a picture of my wife and me. I'm the ugly one on the right. You might recognize my wife as well (you get a cookie of you do). She worked out at fair longer then I did.

I was pretty surprised to see you here as well. You do have an unforgettable face though. Kelley and I are doing well. We just got married (and Handfasted) last May. I'm working for the phone co. and Kel is working as an adjunct college prof. We're making ends meet. How about you? How are you doing?

I've learned to never be surprised you bump into in LJ-land...I figure it will be the nexus of all things eventually.

Good to hear that you are well. It has been an intense and trying year and a wonderful one as well. Working for a downtown lawfirm (real estate paralegal), doing way too much overtime currently). Changed significant others. Survived my 24th year at faire. Generally happy and at peace with myself having just turned 40.

Some women age like a fine wine, some like a moldy piece of bread. And let me tell you that a woman of your fine vintage has NOTHING to be ashamed about. I've met 25 year olds that you put to absolute shame.

I am glad you are happy and even happier that you are at peace with yourself. I know I value that greatly.

I also work down town. Don't you just love the parking and city earnings tax? (Yum, yum) I work in that SBC building on 11th and McGee right next to that new parking garage. I'm hoping to someday get transferred to a local that is a little closer to home. *shrugs*

I'm lucky, my parking is paid by my employer. I'm over at 11th & Walnut...just north of the Town Pavilion.
