Yes.... much better now.

Thanks and praise to the duty Deity of the Day who answered my silent prayers that I be allowed to make it to the afternoon without having to remove someone's head with a letter opener and ruin the lovely office carpeting with the resultant fountain of blood.

I'm really feeling much less dangerous to myself and others now. The fact that I finally got to go eat something at 2:00 helped a bit. The fact that I've also just ordered a shitload of stuff from Unamerican helps a lot. Sadly, they no longer had the "Fuck with me and I'll saw your legs off" T-shirt that I went there to get for Roger, but I did acquire a bunch of stickers and pins that I think will go beautifully well in holiday card envelopes. *G*

I also managed to pick up the Pirates DVD, which doesn't much hurt either.

So yeah. Food, meme warfare, and Johnny Depp in eyeliner. It doesn't fix everything, but it's a damned good start.

She wasn't at all a bitch. She seemed very nice, in fact. Perilously nice. But in any case, it's all worth it to see that UU Pagans also periodically offend people. I hate to think that there are people out there running around being inoffensive all the time - it makes me worry about the future of the species.
