Snippets

Today I got an email from my sister, inviting me to view pictures of her new son. I did my familial duty and clicked on the link, which took me to snapfish.com. I tried to click on the album to look at my new nephew, but the site requires you to register in order to even look at other people's pictures. I didn't do it. I think that's an underhanded way to drive registrations, and I'd rather not participate. So there are pictures of the unfortunately named Landon Wayne, but I have opted not to look at them. I'm rehearsing in my head how to avoid saying that to my sister when I see her in July.

Also, mentioned because this amused me in some perverse way: Over the weekend, I proposed a new outside relationship to [livejournal.com profile] kittenpants and [livejournal.com profile] triadruid and got a resounding double veto. We don't ask for these things lightly, and to use the veto power is a fierce and unyielding thing -- once vetoed, it is unlikely that a possible relationship would ever be re-proposed. So, yeah. I guess I won't be playing World of Warcraft any time soon.

World of Warcraft is Life!

I'm pretty sure that's why they wouldn't let me buy it. :(

It'll suck you in, that's for certain.

Especially when you get near the current level cap of 60 and raid or PvP all the blasted time.

Not that I know anything about this mind you. *cough*

Yes and. When was the last time you were out doing things socially?

Social?

Ha!

Honestly now, I have no need for other human beings in close proximity.

And the soft glow of my monitor has enabled me to create a kind of photosynthesis to keep me running for days.

There is nothing grievous about accidental applications of the Jonathan Rhys Meyers icon. Not in this journal, anyway.

(smile) I'm very careful about how I apply JRM in my life. Glad you didn't mind, though.

I totally agree with your feeling about having to "register" to see the snapshots. I've done the same many times. Heck...they should get an LJ account and post? ~_^

I agree. why would they post on such a sight? They could have just used email and digital picsor developed them on CD

Iron_clad keeps trying to give it to me and I keep soundly resisting. I have a son now... and WoW would not help me build that relationship. (or alow me to sleep, now that he's making it almost through the night)
