Note to me

Please try not to post when you're upset anymore. Please don't spew your drama over the net, like a cat hacking up a hairball. Keep moving.

Thanks,
You.

Anyway, despite the melodrama of last post, I'm not going to restricted posting. That's me living in fear of somebody who has issues that are not my fault, and I really prefer not to play that particular mind games. Not me, I only jump through hoops for candy.

Besides which, I discovered two old friends were reading me that I didn't know about, and I miss them. *waves to Captain America and Captain Canada*

In other news, New Orleans was very inspiring in the Flaunt department - we managed to catch the Krewe du Vieux parade, which is basically comprised of 300 - 500 people, floats drawn by horses and unfortunate men on bicycles, and a load of sort of street-corner brass bands. It's crude, satirical, and terribly, terribly entertaining. I think we could do this.... Krewe of Eris, Kansas City. It's an idea whose time has perhaps not yet come but will soon. Who's with me?

I am! (I also realized that the perfect time for [livejournal.com profile] kittenpants and I to be extremely pious is April 1. Except that maybe they'll be expecting some sort of jape, and being one of [livejournal.com profile] opaljax's clients is not part of the plan.)

Good lord...I'm with you on general principle in that department.

Being one of my clients would really suck. But, really, you can do a big thing without breaking the law somehow.

Of course we can. We've gone so far in the past as to acquire the proper paperwork... what we need is a good day-of-event insurance set-up. That's our big obstacle - parade permits are cheap.

Didn't realize that April 1 was a day of extreme piety for Hellenistas.... I think we should try doing this some day when they don't expect it though.

Who is my patron again? April 1 is one of his modern High Holy Days.

Right-o

Because the rest of us never spew our little dramas across the 'net. Nope. Never ever.
