For some people, smelling a burnt smell that no one else can smell is a precursor to an epileptic fit.
For me, it's apparently a precursor to a bad case of the hiccups.
I'm not sure what to think about that.
EDIT:
Also, although China doll slippers are cute and good for costuming, they're not much good for driving in. Too thin-soled. I might as well be driving barefoot. Must remember to wear real shoes for Atlanta drive.
