This post is all about [livejournal.com profile] triadruid's nose.

This post is all about [livejournal.com profile] triadruid's nose, but the rest of you are welcome to be horrified along with us.

For years now, we've been telling [livejournal.com profile] triadruid that we could clear up his perpetual stuffiness by putting a balloon up his nose and inflating it, angioplasty style. There is always a sort of ha-ha-yeah-right quality to the response to this suggestion, so it is with great and horrified delight that I present to you all the fact that doctors are actually doing this now.

Discuss.

You know what rocks?

Finding a copy of an out-of-print book in an obscure subject area for $7.95, when you thought you were going to have to pay a collector $60.00 plus for it, or not get it at all. That rocks.

Downside? According to Powells.com, book is underlined or written in. Well, hell, kids. *I* was gonna write in it.

Yay!
*happy acquisition dance*
